Strong Body Pilates is run by forever students who believe the learning never ends. Since we value the role of continuing education in our own teaching, we strive to create an invigorating learning environment for those wishing to become Pilates teachers and for teachers seeking to refine their craft. Classical bridge Program
For instructors from other training backgrounds (contemporary and classical) who wish to experience and learn how to implement the depth of the original Pilates method, we other a comprehensive bridge program that highlights the importance of using Pilates as a comprehensive system that creates unprecedented and lasting change in the body.
Teacher Classes
Part workshop, part workout, our teacher’s classes are a great way to enliven your Pilates practice and inspire your Pilates teaching. Sessions begin with a self-directed workout, followed by an exploration into a pre-determined topic.
