Since we value the role of continuing education in our own teaching, we strive to create an invigorating learning environment for those wishing to become Pilates teachers and for teachers seeking to refine their craft. Classical bridge Program
For instructors from other training backgrounds (contemporary and classical) who wish to experience and learn how to implement the depth of the original Pilates method, we other a comprehensive bridge program that highlights the importance of using Pilates as a comprehensive system that creates unprecedented and lasting change in the body.
Part workshop, part workout, our teacher’s classes are a great way to enliven your Pilates practice and inspire your Pilates teaching. Sessions begin with a self-directed workout, followed by an exploration into a pre-determined topic.
Feet First Series Part 2
The second in our series of classes that addresses the feet and how to gain a connection from your feet to the center of your body, while moving in different ways. Stay tuned for our May class that connects all three classes: foot specific apparatus -> feet to body -> whole body connection in all aspects of moving, while focusing on the feet.
Class runs 90 minutes and is in-person or virtual. Make sure to choose your option when signing up.

A 24-hour cancellation policy is applied to all bookings: If you are unable to attend, or need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour cancellation window, you will be charged the full cost of your service.
