This is not your average Pilates class and not for the faint of heart. Strong Body Pilates open session classes run the way Joseph Pilates taught in his own studio and will help you progress beyond any other group Pilates class you may have tried.
Open Session classes level up the experience, get you out of your comfort zone and help you achieve milestones you never thought possible. As you let go of the modern-day synchronized group class crutch, you’ll learn to thrive in a setting that ups the ante through more focus, more accountability and ultimately, optimal results.
Classes are 55 minutes and kept small (max. 6) to guarantee each student receives the appropriate level of teacher guidance. Prerequisites: because a solid Pilates foundation is necessary for your success in this style of class, we require a minimum of 3 private lessons or instructor approval.
