Continuing Education
Strong Body Pilates offers workshops throughout the year to enrich your Pilates practice and enhance your teaching skills. We host world-renowned classical Pilates teachers throughout the year, providing the pinnacle in Pilates education. Teachers from all backgrounds are welcome to attend our continuing education events and we are proud to be a part of a community of respectful and supportive movement professionals.

Contrology Club is a mini continuing education experience.
This 90-minute class starts with a group workout, followed by a workshop on a specific topic. Topics may include a Pilates concept, apparatus, exercise or teaching tip, chosen by the students or the teacher. Open to all Pilates teachers and approved apprentices. A traditional background is preferred but not necessary.
Class will be held once a month at varying days and/or times and led by a senior teacher.
Class is limited to 6 participants and can be attended in-person or virtually.
Cost is $60 and our 24-hour cancellation policy is enforced.
